Job Summary

• Prepare concession items such as popcorn, snacks, and beverages according to company standards.
• Replenish stock for front-of-house counters to ensure continuous service during peak hours.
• Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries properly
• Ensure all food items are prepared consistently and meet quality standards
• Monitor product freshness, expiration dates, and proper storage conditions.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Keep preparation areas, equipment, and storage spaces clean and organized.
• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure all equipment is used and maintained correctly.
• Work closely with concession cashiers and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate any stock shortages or operational issues to supervisors.
• Assist during busy periods to maintain service efficiency.

• Previous experience in food preparation, kitchen support, or concessions is preferred.
• Experience in cinemas, restaurants, or fast-paced food service environments is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physically active tasks.
• Must be based in the UAE or able to work in Abu Dhabi.
