Description

We are hiring a proactive and energetic Indian national (under 30 years old) for the role of Customer Service Representative – Telesales at our Dubai branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for sales over the phone.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
• Explain products/services and convert leads into sales
• Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner
• Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and call logs using CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly telesales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service and support
• Provide feedback to management on customer responses and trends

• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is preferred
• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken); other languages a plus
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Positive attitude, target-driven, and team player
• Must be currently in UAE or ready to relocate to Dubai
