Department Head (Accounts &Finance )

• Male Candidate
• Nationality: Indian
• Company: automobile spare parts trading company
• Location: jebel ali Dubai male)
• should have minimum of 8-10 years of experience at the
managerial level,
• Salary: 15000 AED/ Per Month

His responsibilities as follows:
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account
management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer
stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of
improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results
and annual forecasts).
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
within territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as
needed.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to
managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the
company should take.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the
company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and
objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company
finances is maintained.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company
plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• Requirements: Proven work experience as an Account Manager,
Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account
Manager or relevant role.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key
stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive
and C-level.
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or
HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at
a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager.
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such
as financial analyst.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the
company and general market patterns.
• Proficient user of finance software.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate
financial processes are being used.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting
principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be
considered a plus.
