Description

• CEMP Report Preparation:

•Develop and maintain Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP) to ensure environmental compliance during construction projects.
•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CEMP implementation.
• Site Inspection:
•Conduct regular site inspections to assess environmental conditions and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
•Identify and address potential environmental hazards and non-compliance issues.
• ISO-14001 Compliance:
•Implement and manage environmental management systems in accordance with ISO-14001 standards.
•Conduct internal audits and prepare doentation for external ISO-14001 audits.
• Spillage Management:
•Develop and implement procedures for managing spillage areas, including diesel spillage and other hazardous materials.
•Ensure prompt and effective response to environmental incidents involving spillage.
• EAD Coordination:
•Coordinate with the Environmental Agency Department (EAD) to ensure compliance with local and national environmental regulations.
•Prepare and submit required reports and doentation to EAD.
• Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA):
•Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) to evaluate the potential effects of projects on the environment.
•Prepare EIA reports and work with stakeholders to address and mitigate environmental impacts.
• Testing and Reporting:
•Perform and oversee testing of soil, water, and noise to ensure environmental quality and compliance.
•Prepare detailed reports on testing results and make recommendations for improvements.
• Biodiversity Management:
•Assess and monitor biodiversity in project areas and develop strategies to protect and enhance local flora and fauna.
•Ensure that projects comply with biodiversity conservation regulations and best practices.
• Marine Experience:
•Utilize marine environmental expertise to manage and assess the impact of projects on marine ecosystems.
•Conduct marine assessments and prepare reports on marine environmental conditions.
• Regulatory and Compliance Management:
•Stay updated on environmental regulations and standards relevant to the industry.
•Ensure all projects adhere to environmental laws and regulations.

Job Specification

Dilip Das (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Engineer I (Environmental Engineer) in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Musaffah - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree in the related field or equivalent qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require cemp report, eia report, knowledge of iso-14001, spillage, soil testing, site inspection mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 6k to 7k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
