Role Description

Dabeek Interiors is currently seeking a full-time Filipino Fit-out Designer/Architect with UAE Construction Experience to join our team onsite in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Fit-out Designer/Architect, you will take ownership of complete design concepts and manage all aspects of projects, including but not limited to the following:

-Provide innovative designs, including detailed layouts, design development, and preparation of drawings and

specifications

- Participate in the design and construction phases of the project, including project bidding, contractor selection, and

client presentations

-Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations

- Ensure that Project Management, construction, and installation are performed effectively and efficiently and within

budgetary constraints

-As a leading firm, we're looking for someone who has a passion for designing premium fit-outs for commercial, retail,

and hospitality industries and has knowledge of technical standards, regulations, and building codes to ensure

successful delivery of projects with the utmost attention to detail.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design

-2 to 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of managing and executing successful projects

-Proven ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines and an ability to handle multiple projects

concurrently

-Effectively communicates with team members, clients, suppliers, and contractors

-Possesses advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office

-Has a thorough understanding of local regulations, permits, and legal documentation

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

-Self-motivated, fast learner, with a proactive approach to design challenges

-Ability to collaborate with and lead a team of designers

-Experience with hospitality, commercial, or retail design is a plus
