Description

Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.

Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages.
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Monitor, organize, and forward emails.
Track and order office equipment and supplies.
Maintain records and files.
Oversee the office budget.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
Consistent, professional dress and manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required

The ideal candidate should have diploma or bachelors qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require customer service, front desk, neat, presentable, forms, paper, client, incoming, calls, phone, monitor, order, office equipment, office, receptionist, field, professional, verbal communication, microsoft applications, word, excel, outlook, time management, clerical, procedures, part, team mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 1k to 2k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
