Description

We are seeking a well-spoken and reliable Guest Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a warm guest first approach and also be able to perform basic handyman and maintenance work in short-term rental apartments. If you are good with people and tools this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.

-Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally.

-Perform minor repair tasks like fixing lights, door locks, curtain rods, basic plumbing

-Inspect units before and after guest stays to ensure everything is in working order.

-Coordinate with external technicians when needed for advanced repairs.

-Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the property.

-Monitor and restock guest amenities and maintenance supplies.

-Keep records of issues reported, work performed, and guest feedback.

Requirements:

-1 year of experience in hospitality or maintenance roles.

-Basic handyman skills (electrical, plumbing, general repair).

-Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills

-Good physical fitness; willing to travel between multiple apartments.

-Own visa (residence/freelance/spouse visa) is preferred.

-Driving license is a plus but not mandatory.

-Basic proficiency in English.
