Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, organizing interviews, and extending job offers.

Collaborate closely with business departments to understand their recruitment needs and objectives.

Maintain a candidate database to ensure accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Provide regular recruitment reports and continuously improve the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Associate degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.

At least 1 year of recruitment or related experience, with a background in the online gaming or gambling industry preferred.

Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
