Description

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, wireless systems, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Configure and support VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and wireless solutions.
• Deploy and maintain enterprise Wi-Fi solutions.
• Configure and support firewall solutions, including security policies and VPN connectivity.
• Perform site surveys, network assessments, and system upgrades.
• Support IP Telephony (IP PBX) and CCTV systems when required.
• Monitor network performance and provide preventive maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in networking and IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and Network Security.
• Experience with network vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquiti,, Aruba, or similar.
• Experience in firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of wireless networking technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Preferred Certifications
