Description

Interior Designer/Architect at BMI Interiors

• Design and develop residential and commercial interior spaces.
• Create detailed AutoCAD 2D drawings and 3D models using 3ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Corona, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
• Produce high-quality renderings and videos to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Prepare comprehensive shop drawings, joinery designs, and accurate measurements.
• Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in residential and commercial interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Corona, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
• Strong skills in rendering and video-making software.
• Excellent knowledge of shop drawings, joinery designs, sizes, and measurements.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality guidelines and regulations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
