Description

Job Details:

▪ Prepare, install and configure computer hardware (laptops and desktops) operating systems for customer

▪ deliver computer or other hardware to customer - and assist at first-time login

▪ monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

▪ communicate with customer through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help resolve issues or set up systems

▪ follow written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system

▪ repairing and replacing parts/equipment as necessary

▪ support the lease refresh of hardware

▪ work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)

▪ prioritize and manage open cases in our IT management suite (Remedy)

▪ rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and colleagues

▪ Assist network-team on tasks regarding network (troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware faults)

Duration of Project: 6 months (Possibility of extension)
