About the Company:

• Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and optimize user experience.
• Configure and maintain networked computer systems, including hardware, system software, and applications.
• Monitor and upkeep computer systems and networks.
• Assist users, whether in person or remotely, with system setup and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, replacing components when necessary.
• Provide comprehensive support, including procedural documentation and relevant reporting.
• Support the implementation of new applications.
• Create and manage user accounts and profiles, addressing password-related concerns.
• Promptly respond to service requests within agreed-upon timeframes.
• Persistently work on tasks until completion or referral to specialists, when appropriate.
• Effectively manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
• Quickly establish positive working relationships with customers and fellow professionals.
• Evaluate and test emerging technology.
• Address and resolve reported issues and concerns from end-users.
• Ensure & secure storage and regular backup of data.
• Replace or upgrade defective or outdated components as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair hardware components and network problems using the ticketing system.
• Familiarity with system software and common applications.
• Knowledge of data protection and data backup processes.
• Ability to respond to service requests promptly and manage tasks efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
