Description
The Junior IT Field Support Specialist is responsible for installing , maintaining and providing technical support to corporate users.
Key Accountability:
- Inspect personal computer equipment, install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drivers on user’s premises
- Install and configure specified software packages such as operand systems, business application and other once tools
- Initiate systems and network troubleshooting and monitoring, and replace defective components as needed
- Amend unit meeting as required by the hierarchy in order to get informed of new policies and other services related issues
- Place support calls to network solution's providers and other IT support companies as requested by the hierarchy
- Communicate with suppliers as requested in order to get the necessary support regarding Brand
- Assist the IT team in the pre-opening phase of new stores
Job Specification
AZADEA GROUP is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Junior IT Field Support Specialist in the field of Information Technology in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree or technical degree in computer science qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require tools, field, support, providing, technical, corporate, personal, computer, hardware, components, printers, disk, software, business, application, troubleshooting, unit, order, policies, calls, brand, team, stores mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
