Responsibility
- - Manages all financial, cost, and contractual parts of a construction project to ensure it finishes on budget
- - Track project spending, check monthly progress, and forecast final costs.
- - Control project scope to meet project objectives in order to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
- - Prepare cost analysis and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project.
Job Specification
Al Ryum Contracting is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bsc - civil engineer qualification and atleast 10 years of experience. The position require cost, construction, project, check, progress, final, control, scope, order, activities, cost analysis, cost reduction mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
