Are you a skilled and experienced car mechanic with the ability to lead and support a team? Join a German-owned car garage committed to delivering high-quality automotive services. We’re looking for a Lead Car Mechanic to take charge of our workshop operations, while staying hands-on with repairs and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a variety of car models.
Lead and coordinate the daily workflow in the workshop, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Provide technical guidance and support to mechanics when needed.
Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment for smooth garage operations.
Assist in identifying parts and materials required for repairs.
Uphold safety and quality standards in all aspects of the workshop.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience in car repair and maintenance, with expertise in diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to guide and coordinate a team of mechanics while remaining hands-on.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Specification
Humaid Al Suwaidi Garage is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Lead Car Mechanic in the field of Other in one of their office located in Ajman - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have experience as lead car mechanic qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require professional, environment, dedicated, training, part, mechanic, lead, support, team, automotive, workshop, operations, maintenance, diagnostics, workflow, technical, tools, equipment, materials, safety, quality standards, repair, english, technical skills, leadership mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 4k to 6k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
