Job description

We are looking for a confident, experienced and well-spoken to act as a Secretary / Personal Assistant. To provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CEO’s working life and communication. Should be smart talented and with Personal Assistant Experience.
Responsibilities
  1. Act as the point of contact between the CEO and all internal/external communications
  2. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  3. Handle requests and queries appropriately
  4. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  5. Make travel arrangements
  6. Take dictation and minutes
Job Description
  1. Excellent Communication Skills – Written and Verbal (fluent in English / Arabic)
  2. Smart, assertive, and organized
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  4. Willing to work on extended hours
  5. Can work under pressure
  6. Must be a team player
  7. Keeping records of client
  8. Assisting agents regarding document issuance
  9. Client support
  10. Able to draft letters and correspondence and filing of documents
  11. Data entry and documentation
  12. Mail Management
  13. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  14. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  15. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  16. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  17. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  18. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  19. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  20. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or personal assistance roles.
  3. Must have Driver’s License
  4. Key Demographic Requirements - applicants must be:
  5. Based in UAE
  6. Fluent in Arabic / English
