Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative tasks, support team coordination, and maintain office efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management and staff.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation systems.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee office maintenance and repairs.
Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
Assist in planning and organizing company events and team-building activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
