Join Our Team as an Office Assistant in Dubai!

• Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet visitors and assist as needed
• Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars
• Prepare meeting rooms and arrange refreshments as needed
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and processing invoices
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
• Assist with special projects and events as assigned

• Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using computers and office equipment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• UAE residency or a valid work permit required
