Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Outdoor Salesperson preferably with a background in Wood/Sawn timber, wooden flooring, WPC, SPC, Laminates and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations as well as expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• SALES TARGETS: Meet and exceed the monthly or quarterly sales targets

• SALES & CLIENT ACQUISITION: Actively seek out new customers like contractors, builders, Interior Designers, architects etc.

• PRODUCT PRESENTATIONS: Demonstrate and present the products showcasing the range, quality and application of wood and wooden flooring to clients.

• MARKET ANALYSIS: Be updated with the current market trends, local competitor prices and sales strategies.

• BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS: Maintain and build strong relationship with the clients and offering after-sales support.

• COORDINATION & REPORTING: Coordinate with the team to ensure that all clients will receive quotations on time. Update the management regularly of the sales reports & client’s feedback.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Outdoor Sales. Experience in the same industry is an advantage.

• Strong product knowledge and understanding of Wood and Flooring types and applications.

• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills and can engage effectively with the clients.

• Strong Negotiation and closing deal skills,

• Must have a UAE Valid Driving License as the role requires extensive travel within UAE.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing has an advantage though relevant work experience may substitute.
