- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office management
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
