Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Planning Engineer. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring progress, controlling schedules, and ensuring the timely completion of projects. The role involves preparing detailed project schedules, coordinating with project teams, analyzing project performance, and identifying potential risks. The Planning Engineer will also provide reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications:

* Proficiency in Planning and Production Planning to develop and optimize project schedules

* Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE

* Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating project data and identifying trends

* Expertise in Project Control to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to strategies

* Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields

* Proficiency with project management and planning software such as Primavera or MS Project

* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to enhancing project performance

* Previous experience in construction or related industries is highly desirable
