Job Title: Property Consultant

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-Time

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic real

estate team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and develop a strong client pipeline.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, prices, and new

developments.

• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and

related matters.

• Present properties to prospective buyers/tenants, highlighting key features and

benefits.

• Negotiate offers and close deals effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals.

• Attend industry events and network to expand your professional connections.

What we're Looking For

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (e.g., B2B sales, high-value

retail).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent sales and presentation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).

• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
