We are hiring experienced Real Estate Sales Professionals to join our dynamic team at RSU ENT PROPERTIES in Dubai Sobha Sapphire Tower, Business Bay. Requirements Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai Business Bay Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and closing skills Self - motivated and results - oriented Proficiency in English.
About the Role:
As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and achieving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting potential clients into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
* Prospect for new clients and build strong relationships with existing ones
* Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities
* Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients
* Negotiate deals and close sales
* Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
* Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
* Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Self-motivated and results-oriented
* Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
* Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
