Job Description:

1.Pursuing Clients
SAS Executive will be responsible in scouting clients and companies and generate new leads and close the sale.
2.Product Presentation & Price negotiation
You will be responsible in presenting the software to clients and discussing product usage, features, benefits, and the product subscription or cost.
You are responsible to discuss the price offer to clients and negotiate if necessary. For special discounts or client requests, you are expected to discuss to management and relay to client accordingly.
3.Customer Service
You are expected in providing further assistance to existing clients and maintain the VENDOR - CUSTOMER Relation, such as 1) Technical issues. 2.) Billing Concerns 3.) Upgrading or downgrading of software, etc.
4.Working with Billing and Accounts Receivable Department
Working closely with Accounts team to ensure that all cost that are billed to clients are accurate and if there are changes in agreed cost it should be relayed timely to Accounting team.
5.Quarterly Product Review
You will be working as well with Technical and development team and suggest any product enhancement needed based on the experience of customers and maintain all the good features.
6.Weekly Reporting
To prepare a detailed report to the management from leads generated, new clients, feed backs from current clients, and to report that sales generated on a weekly basis.
7.Strategic Sales Planning
To set a Yearly Sales Planning to assess the challenges met from previous year and come up with strategic actions and create new goals or quotas to achieve for the next calendar year.

Requirements:
  • Atleast 3 years experience in Sales
  • With Valid Driver's License
  • Own Visa

The ideal candidate should have sales expert qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require executive, presentation, price negotiation, software, product, usage, benefits, subscription, cost, client, management, service, providing, assistance, vendor, customer, technical, billing, accounts receivable, team, sales, sales planning mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
