Description

The Sales & Admin Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks. This role bridges the gap between sales, customers, and internal departments, ensuring timely communication, efficient documentation, and excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with clients on order status, delivery timelines, and product information.

Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Administrative Support:
Manage daily office tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when necessary.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement.

Assist in organizing company events, sales promotions, and marketing materials.

Customer Service:
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries.

Resolve issues related to orders, invoicing, or product returns.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and solutions.
