Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential customers for credit card acquisition.
• Present and explain credit card products, features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
• Assist customers in completing applications and ensure accurate documentation.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and pending applications.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
• Stay updated with credit card product offerings and promotional schemes.
• Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer), data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments for application processing and issue resolution.
• Deliver excellent post-sale service and address customer inquiries.
