Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Executive (E-Commerce) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online product listings, optimizing content, and ensuring smooth operation across various online platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital retail and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and the company website.
• Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility and SEO.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Process and track online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
• Analyze online sales data and performance metrics.
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts including promotions, email campaigns, and ads.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Sales (3 years experience in Dubai preferred).
• Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, Noon, etc.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in Electronics trading (Mobiles, Laptops, Gaming etc) is mandatory.
