Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the fleet management industry.
• Implement effective sales processes and methodologies tailored to the SaaS sales cycle and the fleet management market.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team aligned with company sales targets.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and team meetings to ensure alignment and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners in the fleet management sector.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
• Ensure continuous improvement in sales skills and knowledge across the team.
Additional Considerations:
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the fleet management industry, its challenges, and how your SaaS solution addresses these needs.
• Technology and Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms to optimize team performance.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a diverse sales team.
