Company Description
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Lead negotiations and close deals in line with company objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and project teams during bid stages
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of sales experience in the UAE Construction Industry
- Strong network within the UAE construction / fit-out industry
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Valid UAE driving license
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with government or semi-government entities
- Knowledge of tendering, pre-qualification, and bidding processes
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen

FAST FIXER CONTRACTING LLC is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Sales Manager in the field of Sales in one of their office located in dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor degree qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require targets achievement, client relationship, construction projects, generating leads mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 6k to 10k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
