Job Summary:

We are seeking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to spearhead our B2B uniform sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders while meeting seasonal sales targets and ensuring adherence to company payment policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

• Conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and exceptional customer service.

• Order Management and Coordination:

• Resolve any issues or concerns related to order processing and delivery in a timely and professional manner.

• Sales Target Achievement

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as necessary to achieve desired results.

• Payment Collection and Compliance::

• Customer Relationship Management

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the uniform or textile industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Willingness to travel as per business requirements. •

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or related discipline) is preferred.
