Description

1. Client Prospecting and Identification

Identify and prospect potential clients, including industrial players, refineries, distributors, developers, contractors, engineering companies, system integrators, and end users.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building
Meet with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by providing tailored solutions that address client needs.
3. Pre- and post-sales Support
Handle pre- and post-sales clarifications to convert opportunities into successful business transactions.
4. Project Finalization and Negotiation
Finalize projects by reaching consensus with customers on payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial negotiations.
5. Competitive Pricing and Profitability
Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications, striving to maximize profit margins.
6. Sales Strategy Development
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
7. Internal Collaboration
Maintain close communication with the inside sales team to ensure the quality and accuracy of quotations, submittals, and related correspondence.
8. Sales Pipeline Reporting
Report bi-monthly to management on quotation pipeline activities and sales progress.
9. Product Demonstrations and Deal Closure
Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and negotiations to successfully close deals.
10. Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market demands to identify new business opportunities.

Job Specification

dilip das (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Senior Outdoor Sales Executive in the field of Other in one of their office located in Mussafah - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor degree in engineering qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require client, engineering, client engagement, relationship building, negotiation, commercial negotiations, pricing, margins, sales strategy, new business mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 7k to 8k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
