Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process monthly payroll accurately and on time

2. Maintain employee attendance, leave, and salary records

3. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws, company policies, and WPS regulations

4. Prepare WPS files, salary slips, and payroll reports

5. Address payroll-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies

6. Coordinate with HR and Accounts for onboarding, offboarding, and final settlements

7. Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

2. 2–3 years of UAE payroll experience (mandatory)

3. Strong knowledge of WPS and UAE labour compliance

4. Proficient in MS Excel and payroll management software

5. Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills

6. Able to work independently with minimal supervision

7. Must be currently available in the UAE
