Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management
o Manage and maintain the school’s official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Schedule, publish, and monitor posts, stories, and campaigns to ensure consistent branding.
o Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
2. Content Creation
o Develop creative and engaging content ideas for posts, videos, reels, and stories.
o Collaborate with teachers and staff to capture moments from school activities, events, and classrooms.
o Design graphics, infographics, and promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Campaign Development
o Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with the school’s marketing goals and events calendar.
o Monitor current trends to create timely and relevant campaigns for increased engagement.
o Collaborate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to promote enrollment and other initiatives.
4. Analytics & Reporting
o Track social media performance metrics and provide detailed reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
o Use insights to adjust strategies and recommend improvements.
5. Community Engagement
o Foster relationships with parents, students, and the community through interactive and relatable content.
o Identify and engage with local influencers or partners for collaborations
