Description

Join Our Team as a Teacher Assistant in Dubai!

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
• Support students in understanding and completing classroom assignments
• Provide one-on-one or small-group instruction to students who need additional help
• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
• Prepare and organize materials and resources for lessons and activities
• Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and outdoor play
• Monitor students' progress and report any concerns to the lead teacher
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as grading, record-keeping, and preparing classroom displays
• Participate in professional development activities and training sessions

1. Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not required
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children
4. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the lead teacher
5. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for supporting students' learning
6. UAE residency or a valid work permit is required
