Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outbound Calls:
Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calls to promote products or services.
Product Presentation:
Effectively present, explain, and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and special offers.
Customer Engagement:
Build rapport, understand customer needs, answer questions, and handle objections to close sales.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive company revenue by converting leads into sales, achieving monthly sales targets, and encouraging repeat business.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and nurture customer accounts, follow up on leads, and handle grievances to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate customer records, update databases with sales and customer information, and keep records of calls and sales activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are essential to persuade customers.
Persuasion & Negotiation:
The ability to effectively negotiate, influence, and build persuasive arguments is crucial for closing sales.
Product Knowledge:
