Job Overview:
The Videographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with Metahomes’ brand vision and marketing strategy. This role requires a highly creative and technically proficient individual who can execute end-to-end video production, from conceptualization to post-production. The ideal candidate will have expertise in filming, video editing, sound design, and motion graphics, with a strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Production & Editing:
1.1 Plan, execute, and oversee video shoots, ensuring content meets high-quality production standards.
1.2 Film and edit various content types, including:
1.2.1 Short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
1.2.2 Long-form content such as YouTube videos, podcasts, and webinars.
1.3 Enhance videos with graphics, captions, and special effects to elevate storytelling.
1.4 Ensure all recording and studio equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly.
1.5 Produce and edit high-quality podcasts, ensuring superior audio and video standards
2. Content Strategy & Trend Integration:
2.1 Stay updated on video production trends, emerging technologies, and social media algorithms to optimize content engagement.
2.2 Analyze video performance metrics (views, likes, shares, conversions) to refine strategies and maximize impact.
2.3 Develop innovative ideas for video campaigns that align with Metahomes’ brand goals and resonate with the target audience.
3. Collaboration & Project Management:
3.1 Work closely with the marketing team, subject-matter experts, and clients to create compelling video content.
3.2 Schedule and coordinate video production with internal and external stakeholders.
3.3 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
4. Technical Expertise & Equipment Management:
4.1 Operate and maintain professional video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
4.2 Apply advanced cinematography techniques, such as lighting, framing, and audio optimization, for professional-grade output.
4.3 Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) for video editing and post-production enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production, editing, and content creation.
o Proven track record of producing high-quality videos for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
• Skills:
o Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
o Strong cinematography skills, including lighting, framing, and audio recording.
o Ability to integrate motion graphics, animations, and special effects into video content.
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
