100 Keys Creative Studio is entering a growth phase and is strategically hiring high-performance professionals across real estate and business development functions.

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

1) Real Estate Consultant – Off-Plan (Commission-Based)

We are seeking experienced off-plan specialists with a proven ability to generate leads, advise investors, and close transactions in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Profile:

Strong closing track record

Self-driven and target-oriented

Existing investor/client network preferred

2) Business Development Executive (Arabic Speaker)

This role requires a commercially driven professional capable of acquiring and managing B2B clients across relevant industries.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic & English

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience

Background in Digital Marketing, IT, Architectural/3D Visualization, Interior Design, Building Materials, or Advertising

Experience with UAE Real Estate Developers preferred

KSA market exposure is an advantage

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Commission + Company Laptop & SIM

3) Business Development Manager (Mid–Senior Level)

We are looking for a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, manage team performance, and oversee business development operations.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic & English

Strong leadership and team management experience

Proven revenue generation background

Experience managing B2B sales teams

Strategic planning & pipeline management expertise

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Commission + Benefits

Candidates residing near Damac Executive Heights will be preferred.
