Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, alliances, and market niches.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and proposal development to secure new contracts and partnerships.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from business development to operations for new clients.
  • Work closely with the strategy & operations teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Mentor and support junior business development staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor degree qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require sales, business development, strategy, revenue, market expansion, new business, market research, proposal development mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
