Description

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures to enhance workplace safety.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure safety measures are integrated into project plans.
• Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure it is used correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, and inspections.
• Stay updated on the latest HSE regulations and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the construction or building sector.
• NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
