Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Support Consultant to join our team at [Company Name], an international financial consulting firm. 6. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support initiatives.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and company updates to effectively address client inquiries and provide relevant information.
8. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and client support skills.

Job Specification

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 5k to 20k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
