Job Summary:

• A call center representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and understands all our products clearly.
• Researching and identifying leads
• Generate Leads and convert them into sales
• Excellent experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Experience with Food & Beverages Industry
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge
