Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing high-precision 3D Electrical and ELV systems models using BIM software.
- Collaborating with engineers and architects during data exchange.
- Establishing strong network communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinating project delivery timelines.
- Identifying clashes or conflicts in the design.
- Implementing and maintaining BIM standards.
- Quantity takeoff and cost estimation using BIM.
- Reviewing the quality of BIM models.
- Extracting and arranging the 2D drawings formats.
- Capabilities to create families and templates
- Identifying potential clashes in BIM projects.
- Awareness of Navis works.
- Awareness of cables, DBs, Lighting, load schedules sizing and selection.
- Educational Background: Associate’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience: With at least 8 years of experience
- Experience: must have relevant years of experience in Electrical BIM Modelling
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in Revit/BIM Modelling
Job Specification
Al Ain Consulting Engineers is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Electrical BIM Modeller in the field of Consulting in one of their office located in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have associate’s degree or diploma in a relevant field experience: with at least 8 years of experience qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require revit, building information modelling, electrical engineering, software, data, exchange, communication, project, design, standards, quantity, cost estimation, quality, awareness, cables, lighting, load, selection, requirements, diploma, field, technical, autocad, drafting mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
