As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will represent Burj Cochin AMC Services with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting our AMC services to potential clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify potential clients and market segments for AMC services.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique HVAC maintenance needs.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Sales Activities:
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and client needs.
  • Customer Service:Ensure excellent post-sale customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients during the contract execution phase.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in HVAC services or related industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance contracts is a plus.
