Description
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial)
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Test system components such as thermostats, compressors, motors, and fans
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
- Handle refrigerants in accordance with EPA regulations
- Provide accurate service reports and documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues and solution
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition
Job Specification

The ideal candidate should have atleast 2 years experience on the same field qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require repair, hvac, residential, mechanical, maintenance, system, components, compressors, motors, technical, compliance, local, safety, service, tools, equipment, company, vehicle, condition mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.
