As a Membership Consultant & Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting members and visitors with inquiries.

• Providing information on membership plans, promotions, and services.

• Handling registrations, renewals, and payments efficiently.

• Maintaining client records and updating databases.

• Managing phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.

• Ensuring a clean and organized front desk and reception area.

• Supporting gym operations, including scheduling tours and consultations.

• Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to boost memberships.
