Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software design, development, and deployment. They will be responsible for building high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design.

#### Key Responsibilities

- Software Design and Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

- Project Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.

- Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

- Develop and execute unit and integration tests.

- Documentation and Reporting:

- Create and maintain software documentation.

- Report on project progress, issues, and solutions.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

#### Qualifications

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience:

- Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.

- Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.

#### Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).

- Experience with mobile development (iOS, Android).
