We are seeking a confident and presentable Female Public Relations Officer to represent our resort & club. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a vibrant personality, and the flexibility to work night and rotational shifts.
- Represent the brand professionally to guests and VIP clients
- Build and maintain positive relationships with visitors and members
- Handle guest queries, concerns, and special requests
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth guest experience
- Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and client engagement activities
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the club environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident, well-groomed, and proactive
- Comfortable working night shifts and on a rotational basis
- Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus
