As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team.

• Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on Dubai market trends.
• Build and maintain a client and property owner network through networking events, social media, and referrals.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate property showings, and inspections, and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients.
• Stay informed about Dubai's property laws and regulations for transaction compliance.
• Collaborate with real estate professionals, brokers, appraisers, and legal advisors for successful transactions.
• Keep accurate records using CRM or Spreadsheet software for property listings, transactions, and client communications.
• Stay updated on industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

• A Bachelor's degree is required, Business Administration or relevant (preferred).
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a successful Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
• Possession of a RERA certification is required.
• Fluency in English is essential. or any other language, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market dynamics, trends, and legal regulations.
• Ability to operate both independently and
• collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions, reflecting the high standards of the real estate industry.
• A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
