Responsibilities:

* Acquisition of properties for sale and rent

* Generating new business using the client database

* Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value

* Building relationships with clients. Negotiating deals with clients.

* Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.

* Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.

* Look for properties that meet Client's requirement and schedule viewings to close the deal.

* Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours for potential buyers

* Collaborate with the brokerage team to foster a positive and cooperative work environment.

* Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions

* Keep up to date with market trends, new projects and best practices

* Attend developer briefings in order to stay up to date with all the updates in the market

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience in real estate, property sales, or related fields in Dubai.

(Freshers are also welcome)

* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

* Knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods.

* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

* Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy.

* Any nationality : English Language spoken and written (Additional language is a bonus)

* Driving License and car
