Description
We seek to employ the service of an experienced receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, filter, and forward incoming calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mails / deliveries
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other administrative receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
